Request a Partial Refund
After delivery, if the company is not fully satisfied with the work delivered, you can propose a partial refund to fairly adjust the payment.
When to Request a Partial Refund
You can request a partial refund only after delivery ('Delivered' status) in the following cases:
- The company expresses dissatisfaction with part of the delivered work
- You want to resolve an issue amicably before the company requests a revision or leaves a negative review
- You want to be fair to the company by refunding the portion corresponding to work that doesn't fully meet expectations
How to Request a Partial Refund
To create a partial refund request:
- Go to the order detail page with 'Delivered' status
- Click on 'Request Partial Refund'
- Indicate the amount to refund (minimum 5 USD and maximum 60% of total amount), explain the situation and reason
The Impact
Once your request is created:
- The company has 3 days to accept or refuse your request
- If they accept: refund is processed, you receive the remaining amount, and the order is completed
- If they refuse or don't respond: the order continues normally and you must complete the service
