How are payments secured?
All payments go through Stripe Connect. Your money is held in escrow until you validate the delivery. If there's a dispute, our team can mediate based on platform communications.
What is a multi-influencer campaign?
Campaigns let you define criteria (budget, categories, followers, content type, etc.) and Influway automatically selects matching influencers and distributes your budget. You review the selection before paying.
Can I message influencers before ordering?
Yes, you can start a conversation with any influencer directly from their profile page to discuss your project before placing an order.
What happens after I place an order?
The influencer works on your brief. You can request updates during production, then review the delivery. If needed, you can request revisions. Once satisfied, you validate and the payment is released.
What are the platform fees?
The platform fee is 8% for EUR transactions and 10% for other currencies. This covers secure payment processing, escrow protection and platform operations. There are no other hidden fees.
