No, never. The commission is deducted from the total amount paid by the client. The influencer receives exactly the amount displayed when the order was placed.
No, the currency is fixed at checkout to guarantee price transparency. You see exactly what you will pay, no surprises.
The commission is refunded proportionally with the main amount. If you get a 100% refund, you get everything back (service + fees). If it's a partial refund, the commission is recalculated proportionally.
Because we optimize our fees by currency instead of applying a high fixed margin. Fiverr takes 20%, Upwork 10-20%, we take 7.5-9%. We want creators to earn more and clients to pay less.
